5. Body
Human beings are not meant to be stationary creatures; however, the modern world has forced many into an almost stationary existence. Bed to car to office seat to car to couch to bed, our stationary existence is one of the main drivers in the global obesity epidemic. The 5th Universal Truth is Body, and the first part of this Truth is Movement. This is a fundamental key in unlocking your optimal life. BY making movement, strength training and mobility a part of your daily life, you can fight back against the ravages of the stationary life and make yourself more resilient.
The second part of the 8th truth is nourishing ourselves. Humans are overfed and undernourished with food is no longer food, but a chemical composition with hardly any nutritional value and more toxic side effects than one could count. Nourishing the body is simple. It doesn’t require a diet or counting macros or points. It simply requires eating real food. One thing that all the research has pointed to is the power of animal protein, both for us and the environment. Eating simply, like our ancestors, is a sure-fire way to improve our overall health and the health of the planet.
The 8 Universal Truths?
Throughout history, almost every civilization and culture has sought to improve on the human experience, and almost all those civilizations and cultures discovered a series of laws or TRUTHS that, when followed, created an evolutionary leap forward in unlocking that human potential.
