4. Mind
10,000 years ago, most humans had a scarcity mindset. Our ancient ancestors lived day to day, foraging and hunting for whatever they could find. The jerky and berries in their backpack represented all they knew, and survival was the name of the game. As we evolved, and survival was no longer the ultimate driving force in our day-to-day existence, our ability to change our mindset also evolved. Yet so many people still suffer from the ancient affliction of a scarcity mindset.

Mindset is one of the hardest things to change. It is a mental roadmap handed down, not just by our parents or grandparents, but by a millennium of past generations who lived by a survivalist mindset. Changing that hardwiring only happens through diligent and consistent practice. By actively practicing an abundant mindset through meditation and mindfulness, we begin to transcend the ancient programming and truly embark on the journey of earn your freedom.
